In spite of the timing of the listing of our home, we were able to sell in under a month, after going with the best of three bona fide offers, at 95% of our asking price. They adapted immediately with all of the extra rules and precautions that came alone with Covid-19 issues (limited number of people in our home at one time, signed attestations of health and well being before being “qualified” for a showing, etc.). The use of Facebook to record our open house was excellent in any situation, but especially with a public health emergency, as it could be seen my anyone, any time, as many times as desired. Also, the 3-D tour was just as cool as it was helpful for interested buyers to see the entire property, 24/7, and even do measurements! Susan was superb in dealing with the appraiser. They both offered very helpful advice about managing the multiple offers and in negotiations. We were kept in touch with in real-time and the app they used was very helpful as well.
